Been of for a while and now back and wonder if blogging has a future with all the social networking going on. We use Facebook or myspace - do we really have time to use those and create blogs as well?
I use a facebook which I think is OK for family and friends but for chatting to colleagues, following relevant news from people you find interesting and also people you would not normally have contact with like Stephen Fry, Twitter is becoming a great tool. It is allowing people to give information, updates and chats with a simple interface and without all the add-ons and nudges that other social networking sites seem to have. Most seem to be overloading the users with gadgets, games and quizzes which is why I prefer the twitter interface.
Just a few thoughts as I try and start the blog again

| Below is the body of a messages I received that shows the amount of work some spammers will go to bypass the scan engines. I can not see them getting the return on the work they must have put in for this message so wonder if it is just a test to see |
